L’Oréal Groupe in Paris offers a 6-month internship starting January 2027 for Master’s students seeking a gap year or final year. You will contribute to management control, finance, and human resources analytics, focusing on gender pay gaps, market benchmarking, and job evaluation systems.

Fluency in English and French is required, with excellent Excel skills and experience in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program (business school, IAE, or university) looking for a gap-year or final-year internship with a strong analytical specialization in Management Control, Finance, or Human Resources.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Excellent mastery of Excel.
• Strong affinity for Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsabilités

• Assist with measurement and reporting of gender pay gaps for CSRD and EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Data analysis on market competitiveness.
• Internal equity analysis - to understand ‘gap’ between target pay position and reality.
• Maintaining compensation system particularly with updates of market benchmarks.
• Supporting job evaluation systems.
