Job summary
L’Oréal Groupe offers a 6-month IT & Tech Sustainability Analyst internship starting January 2027 in Paris. You will report to the IT Sustainability Lead and work across a diverse team of 2,000 tech experts to measure and reduce the global IT environmental footprint.
You’ll lead LCAs, build Power BI dashboards, and energize a global network of Sustainability Champions while monitoring new green tech and AI standards to guide responsible technology roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Environmental impact analysis: knowledge of carbon accounting, GHG protocols or LCA.
- Data analytics & visualization: clean datasets, model metrics, build Power BI dashboards.
- Stakeholder management: strong cross-functional communication across teams.
- Continuous learning & tech watch: interest in Green Tech and trustworthy AI.
- Bilingual in French and English for global/local collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead carbon accounting and Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) across Tech infrastructure and digital solutions.
- Build, maintain, and automate reporting dashboards in Power BI across 5 reporting cycles.
- Mobilise and coordinate the global Tech Sustainability Champions network for adoption of sustainable practices.
- Monitor Green Tech methodologies, regulations, and trustworthy AI standards to guide technology roadmaps.
