Alta Ares, a defense tech company, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to own internal IT operations across Paris HQ and international offices. You will provision laptops, create email accounts, manage access rights, and ensure security-conscious operations for a fast-moving team.

You will build and maintain IT infrastructure at early stage, establish onboarding/offboarding processes, and coordinate with security and HR for smooth IT operations at scale.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in IT support, workplace IT, or systems administration.
• Proven hands-on Google Workspace admin experience (users, groups, licences, security).
• Experience managing SaaS tool stacks in startups/scalesups (Slack, Notion).
• Solid IT asset management knowledge: procurement, inventory, lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Own device & asset lifecycle: procurement, config, inventory, decommissioning.
• Create/manage corporate email accounts & licences; enforce least-privilege access.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding IT processes with HR coordination.
• Provide internal IT support across Paris and remote offices; resolve issues quickly.
• Assist with IAM, SSO, MFA, and MDM implementations as the company scales.
