PROPHESEE, a Paris-based Deep Tech company, seeks a senior, hands-on IT professional to own and evolve the IT environment, spanning infrastructure, cloud, identity, security and governance.

You will secure, monitor, backup and document operations, manage Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID, coordinate external providers, and drive hardening and incident response in a fast-growing setting.

Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on IT professional with a focus on operating, securing and improving IT environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, CA and privileged access.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration and collaboration tools.
• Proficient in Linux environments and systems administration.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the company IT infrastructure and operational environment.
• Maintain and improve cloud and on‑premise systems and services.
• Ensure availability, reliability, maintainability and security of IT services.
• Manage identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, CA and privileged access.
• Administer or supervise Microsoft Entra ID and related identity technologies.
• Administer or supervise Google Workspace ecosystem and policies.
• Manage certificates, secrets and access rights.
• Apply hardening practices and contribute to IT security policies.
• Maintain monitoring, backup, restoration and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Coordinate external IT providers and ensure knowledge transfer.
