Oetker Hotel Management Company GmbH seeks an IT Supervisor Network & Security in Paris to lead the availability, performance and protection of our network and protection systems. You will drive security initiatives, ensure policy compliance and coordinate with IT leadership across locations.

You will manage security operations, risk assessments and remediation plans, enabling secure production deployments with external partners in a multi-site, international setting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation and evolution of LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN and security components.
• Deploy and optimize firewall, EDR, anti-spam, phishing defenses and monitoring tools.
• Implement security policies and risk mitigation plans defined by leadership.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and lead remediation.
• Support incident management, investigations, and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

The IT Team is looking for the new IT Supervisor Network & Security, to join the Paris Corporate Office.

The IT Supervisor Network & Security is responsible for the availability, performance, and security of network infrastructures and associated protection systems.

The role leads operations, infrastructure evolution projects, and security initiatives to ensure a high level of service across the entire scope.

Reporting directly to the Head of IT, Corporate, the position works closely with the Director of IT, Digital Workplace & Information Security on security, compliance, and risk management topics.

The role is responsible for implementing the security policies, standards, and controls defined at IT leadership and compliance level.

Missions

• Oversee the operation, administration, and evolution of network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, segmentation, remote access) and associated security components.
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize security solutions (firewalls, EDR, endpoint protection, anti-spam, anti-phishing, web filtering, monitoring tools).
• Implement security policies, procedures, standards, and action plans defined by IT leadership and compliance.
• Conduct technical risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and lead remediation plans.
• Contribute to security incident management, investigation, response coordination, and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with internal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Deliver projects into production in coordination with IT teams and external partners.
• Maintain architecture, configuration, and hardening standards for network environments.
• Manage vendors and service providers, ensuring service quality and contractual compliance.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the overall improvement of cybersecurity maturity.

Education and experience

4 to 5 years of higher education

Languages

Fluency in English.
