Job summary

Servier is seeking a Head of Global Internal Communication to craft a modern, human-centered internal comms function. You will connect 20,000 employees to the mission, culture and ambitions, building belonging and pride worldwide through a strategic roadmap and multi-channel storytelling.

You will lead a global team, partner with the Executive Committee, and drive transformation communications across R&D, Industry and Sustainability, delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication, Humanities, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Global Internal communication.
• Experience in a large international organization undergoing transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy a 3-year global internal communication roadmap with a clear editorial line.
• Drive Employee Engagement & Advocacy initiatives to foster a One Team mindset.
• Lead the evolution of internal digital platforms (intranet, newsletters) and high-impact content production.
• Design and organize global employee events (town halls, days) and support large-scale transformation projects.
• Act as a trusted Business Partner to the Executive Committee and leaders across functions.
• Structure and lead a global network of communicators across affiliates, manage the budget, and track KPIs.
