Servier is creating a Head of Global Internal Communication role to connect our 20,000 employees to the mission, culture, and ambitions. You will build a modern internal communication strategy and ensure a fluid flow of information across global sites, driving a strong sense of belonging and pride.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communication or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Global/Internal Communication, ideally in a large international organization undergoing transformation.
• Proven ability to design and deploy global communication strategies; strong digital & storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy a 3-year global internal communication roadmap with an engaging editorial line.
• Drive employee engagement and advocacy to foster a One Team spirit.
• Oversee digital ecosystems (intranet, newsletters, platforms) and high-impact content production.
