L-Acoustics seeks an Internal Communications Lead to connect people to the company strategy, culture, and priorities through compelling storytelling. You will steward the internal narrative across a global organization, advising leaders and shaping communications that drive transformation and employee engagement.

Reporting to the Global Director of Organization & Culture, you will develop governance, ensure consistency across channels, and measure impact with KPIs to continuously improve

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a Business School, accredited university, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Corporate/Internal Communications, or a related field.
• Experience working in a multicultural and international environment.
• Ability to translate complex business topics into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and advising on executive communications.
• Strong understanding of organizational change and communication’s role in supporting transformation.
• A strategic mindset paired with excellent execution and stakeholder influence skills.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and French; German is a plus.
