As an Internal Communications Lead, you will shape the narrative that connects our people to our mission, culture, and ambition. Working across a global and diverse organization, you will ensure collaborators understand where we are going, why it matters, and the role they play in shaping our future.
You will serve as the steward of L-Acoustics’ internal narrative and communication ecosystem worldwide. By combining strategic thinking, business acumen, and compelling storytelling, you will help create alignment, foster engagement, and strengthen connections across the organization.
Reporting to the Global Director of Organization & Culture, you will act as a trusted partner to leaders and key stakeholders, advising, influencing, and delivering communication strategies that support business priorities, organizational transformation, and employee engagement worldwide.

Shape the Narrative:
Build the foundations for effective internal communications across the Group by defining the strategy, governance, and principles that connect collaborators to what matters most.
You will:
- Assess the effectiveness of internal communications across the organization, evaluating communication channels, practices, engagement levels, and overall impact to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop and evolve the internal communications strategy, governance, and editorial direction in alignment with business priorities and organizational needs.
- Build a deep understanding of communications expectations across functions, sites, cultures, and management levels, ensuring approaches are relevant, inclusive, and adapted to diverse audiences.
- Translate leadership vision, strategic priorities, and transformation initiatives into clear and compelling narratives that resonate across a global workforce.
- Foster a shared sense of purpose, culture, and belonging through impactful communication initiatives and leadership messaging.
- Ensure consistency and alignment between internal and external narratives in partnership with the Communications division and key employer branding stakeholders.
Drive Engagement:
Bring the strategy to life through impactful storytelling, engaging communication experiences, and effective communication channels that strengthen connection, transparency, and engagement across the organization.
You will:
- Develop and deliver communication plans, campaigns, and content that support strategic priorities and foster employee engagement.
- Develop executive and leadership communications that foster visibility, clarity, and trust across the organization.
- Support the consistency and evolution of employee-facing content across our Careers Page, LinkedIn presence, and other employer brand touchpoints.
- Define, track, and leverage KPIs to measure effectiveness, optimize channel performance, and continuously improve engagement outcomes.
Partner the Business:
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and stakeholders, shaping communications approaches that enable alignment, engagement, and successful business transformation.
You will:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop impactful communication strategies and executive messaging.
- Support strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and transformation programs through tailored communication and engagement plans.
- Advise stakeholders on communication best practices, audience engagement, and change communication approaches.
- Help leaders communicate with authenticity, clarity, and consistency while fostering alignment across regions, functions, and teams.
- Stay connected to the pulse of the organization to ensure communications remain relevant, timely, and meaningful.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree from a Business School, accredited university, or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Corporate/Internal Communications, or a related field.
- Experience working in a multicultural and international environment.
- Ability to translate complex business topics into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and advising on executive communications.
- Strong understanding of organizational change and communication’s role in supporting transformation.
- A strategic mindset paired with excellent execution and stakeholder influence skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights and KPIs into meaningful actions.
- Full professional proficiency in both English and French, German is a plus
