Mistral is seeking an Internal Communications Lead to define and own the company's voice internally. You will build the function from the ground up, aligning employees with the mission and strategic priorities.

This is a newly created role designed to scale transparent, effective communication across a fast-growing organization. You will partner with C-suite and senior leaders, shaping governance and messaging while transforming internal comms from a support function into a strategic capability

Qualifications

• 8+ years of internal communications experience in fast-growing tech environments.
• Experience advising C-suite and leading company-wide comms from scratch.
• Exceptional writing skills; ability to craft crisp, engaging narratives.
• Proven ability to lead through organizational change and build structure from ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the company’s first internal communications strategy.
• Design and deliver high-impact company-wide communications (All-Hands, Q&A, announcements).
• Create a change management playbook for organizational shifts and policy updates.
• Build a storytelling engine linking daily work to mission and values.
• Establish governance and metrics to measure engagement and feedback.
