Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism or Corporate Communication.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a corporate communication role.
• Experience delivering internal and external communication.
• Experience contributing to communication strategies and executing plans.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver strategic internal and external communications for ALS’ global initiatives.
• Translate business priorities into communication plans and activities across time zones.
• Provide communication guidance to stakeholders within governance frameworks.
• Identify risks and escalate matters where appropriate.
• Monitor outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Apply ALS’ policies, governance and brand standards across activities.
• Manage global communication programs with planning, delivery and stakeholder coordination.
• Develop employee communications, leadership messages and intranet content.
• Support global programs including change, engagement and business updates.
• Ensure messaging consistency across regions and ALS’ priorities.
• Develop media materials, corporate messaging, website content, social media copy and client communication.
• Support reputation management and crisis communication as required.
