Alstom in Saint-Ouen is seeking a full-time Infrastructure Maintenance Project Manager to lead maintenance projects end-to-end. You will collaborate with construction, operations, procurement, and quality teams, ensuring robust maintenance strategies and contractual performance targets.

You will drive risk management, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure safety and quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
Experience or understanding of infrastructure maintenance and project management.
Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) and safety regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilités

Lead and oversee the successful execution of maintenance projects.
Actively participate in maintenance contract finalization and optimizing QCD levers during tender stage.
Define and implement the maintenance organization, processes, and systems during mobilization.
Lead the maintenance team to deliver performance targets with quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
Oversee handover from construction to maintenance and address warranty issues.
Drive continuous improvement and develop improvement strategies for the business.
Manage relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations.
Identify and mitigate risks while maximizing savings opportunities.
Lead work package reviews, gate reviews, and project-level decision-making.
