Jobgether is seeking an Incident Operations Lead based in France to build and manage a global incident response function. You will define the operating model, severity framework, escalation paths, and 24x7 follow-the-sun coverage to respond effectively under pressure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience commanding high-severity incidents.
• Experience building incident command or major-incident management function.
• Experience designing severity models and escalation frameworks.
• Ability to lead distributed teams across multiple time zones and 24x7 rotations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with FinTech environments and API-driven platforms.
• Experience using AI to automate incident-management workflows.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead an Incident Operations function for critical incidents.
• Establish 24x7 follow-the-sun coverage across APAC, EMEA, and AMER.
• Maintain escalations, service ownership, and incident timelines.
• Run game days, tabletop exercises, and certification programs.
• Lead post-incident retrospectives and ensure follow-up actions.
• Define and maintain KPIs for incident response and mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable operating practices.
• Develop AI-powered automation roadmap for incident workflows.
