Jobgether on behalf of a partner company is seeking a Head of Infrastructure and DevOps in France. This senior role leads DevOps and Infra teams responsible for availability, reliability, scalability, and security across staging and production environments.

You will establish standards for SRE/DevOps, drive CI/CD with automation and IaC, and strengthen security. The role focuses on building a high-performing, globally distributed team through hiring, coaching, and career development.

Qualifications

• Senior infrastructure leadership with hands-on DevOps experience.
• Strong CI/CD, IaC, and security posture expertise.
• Proven track record in high-availability, large-scale systems.
