SCOR Group is seeking an AI Operations Lead to hands-on integrate, deploy, and monitor AI systems such as GenAI, RAG, and agentic workflows within enterprise products. The role emphasizes AI observability, performance, and cost controls for production environments in Paris.

The candidate should have 5–8 years in software/ML engineering with strong Python, cloud and Kubernetes experience, and the ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive reliable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in software/ML engineering.
• Experience with GenAI and ML systems.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python, APIs, microservices architecture.

Responsabilités

• Implement and operate integration of AI capabilities into enterprise products following standard patterns.
• Contribute to deployment of Copilots and AI assistants, agentic workflows, and predictive ML services.
• Support delivery squads in integrating AI services into business applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration or runtime issues in production.
• AI Observability & Monitoring: design and implement monitoring frameworks, logging, tracing, and SLAs/SLOs.
• Cost & Performance Optimization: monitor cloud consumption and AI-specific FinOps.
• Understand operational impact of AI systems on business processes and communicate with stakeholders.
