Jobtailor in Paris, France seeks a senior Security RUN operations leader responsible for transition management, cross‑functional coordination, and operational governance across Cloud, Network, and Workplace environments.

You will lead a mixed team of internal and external engineers, prioritize the backlog, manage escalations, and deliver concise reporting for management, while supporting major cyber incidents and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in SecOps, security operations, or infrastructure RUN environments.
• Strong experience managing technical teams, ideally in an international context.
• In-depth knowledge of operational maintenance, security maintenance, cyber incident management, and operational governance.
• Experience working in complex environments combining Cloud, Network, and Workplace technologies.
• Proven experience in cross-functional leadership and service provider management.
• Ability to structure and prioritize activities and make rapid decisions in critical situations.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Leadership, composure, rigor, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics in clear, accessible terms and produce concise reporting for management.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for Security RUN operations as part of a transition management assignment
• Manage and support an international team of six internal and external engineers
• Structure and oversee Security RUN operations
• Prioritize activities, organize the backlog, and manage escalations
• Ensure the operational maintenance and security maintenance of security environments and tools
• Manage risks as well as KPIs/KRIs
• Coordinate IT, infrastructure, and cyber defense teams
• Manage service providers involved in operations
• Provide support during major cyber incidents
• Industrialize SecOps processes and implement a continuous improvement approach
• Produce clear, concise, and actionable reporting for management
• Provide occasional support for tenders and RFPs related to operational security
