Zusammenfassung

Danone is offering a Global HR Talent Analyst Internship based in Paris, starting January 2027 for six months. You will deliver talent insights, support talent management processes, and help drive HR initiatives across a global IT & Data environment.

You will work with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders worldwide, with up to 2 days/week remote work and a monthly gross compensation of €1,300–€1,500. This role emphasizes analytics, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) in business, engineering or related field.
• Available from January 2027 for a 6-month internship.
• Internship located at Danone HQ in Paris, with some remote work.

Aufgaben

• Produce regular talent management reporting and dashboards (Talent Analytics).
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and learning initiatives (Talent Development).
• Assist Talent Acquisition and engagement programs (Candidate & Employee Engagement).
• Coordinate HR communications and support IT & Data HR community activities (HR Community Support).
