Danone seeks an Global HR Talent Analyst Intern for its Paris headquarters to deliver talent insights, support talent processes, and enhance experiences for employees and candidates.

You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, managers, and employees worldwide, supporting analytics, development, and engagement initiatives in a global, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) from a Business School, University, Engineering School, or equivalent.
• Available from January 2027 for a 6-month internship.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in international or matrix organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Talent Analytics: Produce regular talent management reporting and dashboards; Analyse talent data and extract insights; Consolidate data from HRIS; Prepare presentations for talent reviews; Support annual employee engagement analyses.
• Talent Development: Support talent processes including Succession Planning, Performance Review, Learning & Development, Internal Mobility; Lead IT & Data onboarding improvements; Monitor onboarding effectiveness; Prepare onboarding communications.
• Candidate & Employee Engagement: Partner with Talent Acquisition to enhance candidate experience; Support employer branding for IT & Data; Design and coordinate engagement actions and events; Contribute to IT & Data communications.
• HR Community Support: Coordinate across the global IT & Data HR community; Facilitate HRBP meetings; Contribute to HR communications and best-practice sharing.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place in Paris, at our headquarters starting from January 4th, 2027. Sarah DELACOUR, Global Talent Lead for IT & Data in the team of Emma SYKES will guide you through your day-to-day tasks and help you grow in your role.

As a Global HR Talent Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in delivering talent insights, supporting talent management processes, enhancing employee and candidate experiences, and helping drive HR initiatives across a global and international environment.

You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, managers, and employees worldwide.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Analytics (40%)

• Produce regular talent management reporting and dashboards.
• Analyse talent data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights, and formulate recommendations for HR and business leaders.
• Extract and consolidate data from HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Prepare presentations and support talent review discussions with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to the annual employee engagement survey and related analyses.

Talent Development (20%)

Support the Global Talent team across key talent processes, including:

• Talent Reviews
  • Succession Planning
  • Performance Review
  • Learning & Development
  • Internal Mobility
• Lead and continuously improve the IT & Data onboarding framework.
• Monitor onboarding effectiveness and recommend actions to enhance the new hire experience.
• Prepare and coordinate onboarding communications for new joiners.

Candidate & Employee Engagement (30%)

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
• Support employer branding and engagement initiatives for the IT & Data population.
• Help design and coordinate employee engagement actions and events.
• Contribute to communication campaigns aimed at strengthening the IT & Data community.

HR Community Support (10%)

• Support coordination across the global IT & Data HR community.
• Prepare and facilitate regular HR Business Partner meetings.
• Contribute to the creation of HR communications, presentations, and best-practice sharing.

About You

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months
• You are eager to learn, analytical, and passionate about people, technology, and data-driven decision making.
• Currently pursuing a master’s degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) from a Business School, University, Engineering School, or equivalent.
• Previous exposure to an international and/or matrix organization is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in Human Resources, digital transformation, and technology.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different departments!
