UpSlide is hiring for a People Operations role focused on HR administration, payroll, and benefits across a multi-country setup. You will own onboarding and lifecycle processes, manage employee records in Lucca, and partner with Finance on payroll data and documentation.

The role requires 4+ years in HR admin/payroll, strong English, and autonomy in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Hybrid office model and cross-border collaboration are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's to Master's degree in HR, Payroll, Labor Law, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role (generalist HR administration and/or payroll), ideally in a multi-site environment.
• Good command of an HRIS (Lucca) and French payroll fundamentals (filings, contributions) – experience with Silae or similar payroll software is a plus.
• Rigor and autonomy, with the ability to manage a large volume of files in parallel.
• A service mindset, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills (direct interface with employees).
• Comfort working in English (occasional exchanges with the UK/US teams).
• Prior experience in an international or multi-agreement environment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle – Own new-hire processes end to end, liaising with Talent Acquisition, contracts, health insurance, Swile, complete admin file.
• Independently manage departures (end-of-contract documents, final settlement, certificates, checklists).
• Maintain employee records in Lucca (HRIS) and administer benefits (insurance, mobility, meal vouchers).
• Contribute to pre-payroll checks with Senior Payroll Specialist.
