Electra is a fast-growing European startup specializing in electric mobility charging. We are hiring a People Ops Specialist for a 6-month mission to run and stabilize HR operations across Europe. You will own core processes including payroll, admin, and onboarding, supporting 140+ employees across 8 geographies as we scale.

You will join a hands-on People team, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and scalable workflows. Fluency in English is essential and prior payroll exposure is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in People Ops / HR administration.
• Experience from an international People role in a tech startup.
• Initial payroll exposure is critical.
• You are detail oriented and prefer doing things right the first time.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsabilités

• Support the payroll monthly cycle with our providers and inputs.
• Keep HRIS data accurate and up to date; manage admin tasks across countries.
• Handle leave & absences and ensure payroll alignment.
• Support onboarding and offboarding from an admin perspective.
• Identify gaps and improve processes to leave things in a better state than found.
