Ubisoft is seeking an HR Business Partner based in Paris to influence business leaders with people solutions across global teams. You will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels in organizational design, talent management, and succession planning, while fostering an innovative and respectful culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Human Resources in a business partner capacity.
• Knowledge of French labor and employment laws.
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Excellent English and French language skills (verbal and written) is required.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal effectively and courteously with all levels of employees and management.
• The ability to handle and maintain and high-level of confidentiality and common sense regarding sensitive information is a must.
• Ability to be autonomous, multi-task, and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adjust in a changing environment.Experience with an international company preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support global HR and business initiatives for assigned leaders and business groups.
• Drive the HR vision and execution of people strategies to deliver positive results.
• Support organizational transformation in line with the business objectives identified by top management.
• Promote positive employee relationships through communication and interpretation of HR policies.
• Actively contribute to the development of a respectful and safe environment within Ubisoft.
• Support the ongoing transformation of our organization towards one global culture putting a focus on efficiency and cost consciousness.
• Partner with HR colleagues in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and Diversity & Inclusion teams to deploy strategies.
• Participate as an integral member of the extended HR community.
• Contribute to put in place efficient HR processes for Global Publishing.
• Serve as a strategic partner with business leaders and managers to retain, develop and motivate people.
• Serve as a link between management and employees and provide HR support and coaching to all levels of the organization.
• Partner with managers to build leadership capabilities, identify high potential employees and develop succession plans.
• Listen and respond to employee needs by supporting onboarding/offboarding and engagement initiatives.
• Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement.
• Proactively assess and execute on talent management strategies to support growth and development.
