Ledger seeks a sharp, structured operator to own payroll and HR operations end-to-end on a fixed-term basis, sitting at the core of our People function. You’ll handle monthly payroll, mobility and employer-of-record partnerships.

Key duties include end-to-end payroll runs with DSN filings, immigration case management, EOR arrangements, apprenticeship contracts, equity reporting, and lifecycle process improvements driven by deadlines and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Payroll expertise with French payroll knowledge.
• Experience with DSN and statutory filings.
• Immigration case management across jurisdictions.
• EOR and international payroll coordination.
• Familiarity with OPCO and apprenticeship frameworks.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end monthly payroll runs, variable elements and filings (DSN).
• Manage immigration and international mobility within deadlines.
• Oversee Employer of Record arrangements where no local entity exists.
• Administer apprenticeship contracts, OPCO relations, funding, amendments.
• Handle equity administration (AGA/stock options) and mandatory reporting.
• Own HR processes from onboarding to offboarding and drive improvements.
