Ledger is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Operations Senior Manager to own payroll, immigration, equity reporting and EOR for a fast-scaling tech group. You will lead a team of 3 and drive global HR transformation with ADP as payroll partner.

This high-impact role requires in-depth knowledge of French labor law, DSN, international mobility, and close collaboration with Finance, Legal, and HRBPs. Fluent French and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll for multi-entity groups.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with HRIS platforms and payroll tools; ADP a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations for all Group entities.
• Audit and improve payroll and admin processes.
• Drive testing and deployment of payroll system upgrades with ADP.
• Oversee variable pay elements and annual payouts.
• Manage DSN declarations, including training contributions and stock options.
• Lead reporting on equity and mandatory declarations.
• Oversee immigration, EOR and international mobility processes.
• Administer apprenticeships and OPCO relations.
