Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions to manage international offboarding with a focus on legal compliance and top-tier customer service. The role sits within a larger Lifecycle team and supports Remote's promise of async, global HR excellence.

You will coordinate with Payroll, Legal and Benefits, guide clients through complex terminations, and contribute to process improvements and automation in employee relations. Team reports to Manager Employee Lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with lifecycle expertise.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end offboarding for multiple jurisdictions with legal compliance.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations support and guide clients through workplace concerns.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and benefits to ensure smooth exits and data integrity.
• Draft termination-related documents ensuring privacy and compliance.
• Drive process improvements in offboarding and employee relations workflows.
