Remote is hiring a HR Advisor/HR Business Partner to oversee the employee lifecycle and global offboarding processes. You will handle terminations, resignations, and transfers, ensuring legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions while guiding clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills for difficult conversations.
• Business-level English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfers, and redundancy procedures with legal compliance.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees including workforce reduction and settlements.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for compliant offboarding and audits.
• Draft and administer termination documents with privacy and accuracy.
