Remote is seeking a Mobility Specialist within the Onboarding and Mobility team in France. You will guide clients through immigration compliance, oversee global mobility programs, and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless cross-border employment for Remote and its clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in immigration compliance or global mobility.
• Strong understanding of immigration procedures and compliance processes.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with agility.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery.
• Monitor and control immigration compliance across Remote products and services.
• Maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop in-house immigration services to improve revenue, efficiency and satisfaction.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration law and regulatory changes.
• Handle escalations and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions.
• Advise on travel needs and sponsorship cases for business travel.
• Manage case statuses using case management and billing systems.
• Apply immigration knowledge to provide solutions for complex client cases.
• Be autonomous and take ownership of day-to-day tasks.
• Proactively improve processes through automation and documentation.
