• Lead a team to manage administrative HR tasks and payroll.
• Monitor absenteeism, headcount, and temporary staff coordination.
• Maintain employee relations and liaise with employee representatives.
• Prepare local agreements and coordinate with external organizations.
• Advise department heads on HR planning, training, and regulations.
• Monitor social climate and ensure regulatory compliance.
