Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to hire a Staff Product Manager for Hotel Onboarding & Connectivity in France. You will own the end-to-end onboarding experience for hotels, from large-scale integrations to self-service onboarding, with a focus on accelerating bookable rooms while maintaining quality and reliability.

You will lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and a designer, collaborate with Operations, Growth, and Marketing, and apply AI-powered tools to streamline onboarding and connectivity

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a product area across engineering, design, Growth, and Marketing.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling products with external partners.
• Experience improving partner onboarding, integrations, or activation processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for hotel onboarding and connectivity.
• Drive the metric of increasing bookable rooms per day with high quality and reliability.
• Lead onboarding journeys for hotel segments from large chains to independent properties.
