Pernod Ricard is seeking a Digital Marketing and Commerce Product Owner based in Paris. You will lead an Agile squad, shape the product backlog and roadmap, and ensure business value delivery across the marketing platform and digital tools.

The role involves close stakeholder collaboration, managing features and user stories, and aligning with Proximity teams and process owners. You will work from Pernod Ricard HQ in central Paris with international teams, and you can work remotely up to two

Qualifications

• Bac+2 (BTS,BTSA,DUT,DEUG, DUEST).
• 5+ years’ experience in relevant products with deep understanding of business challenges in the domain.
• Strong experience in Product management and PO certification.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and focus on the voice of stakeholders.
• Negotiation and mediation skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to manage in complex and VUCA environments.
• Strong understanding of agile mindset and practices.

Responsabilités

• Demand Management: Gather new demands and translate into features and user stories.
• Backlog Management: Prioritize backlog, manage risks and dependencies, drive squad delivery.
• Product Lifecycle management: Define vision, build features, analyze value, track performance.
• Product Catalog Management: Ensure version consistency across catalog and portfolio.
• Incident Management: Lead L2/L3 incidents investigation and resolution.
• Resource Management: Forecast resources, adjust roadmap, report utilization.
• ITFM: Roadmap/backlog, funding, ROI tracking and cost justification.
