Job summary

DiliTrust seeks a seasoned Head of People Excellence to join our Global HR Team. As a strategic partner to the Chief People Officer, you will shape and execute the People strategy across our international organisation, lead a team of three and own the transformation roadmap, operational excellence agenda, and the development of AI, data and digital capabilities.

This hands-on role requires consulting experience, exceptional analytical rigour and the ability to translate multi-country priorities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Consulting, HR transformation, People Operations, Operational excellence or related field.
• Significant consulting or advisory experience, with ability to structure complex problems and lead implementation.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-country projects, including global process design and roll-out.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to turn insights into priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead scalable global HR processes, policies and operating standards across multi-country organization.
• Structure and deploy key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, mobility, contracts and amendments.
• Lead cross-country implementation and continuous improvement, harmonizing practices while respecting local requirements.
• Drive HR compliance and legal operations with internal and external experts.
• Lead strategic HR projects (AI, HRIS, M&A, Compensation & Benefits) and improvements.
• Translate priorities into clear plans, mobilize stakeholders and remove roadblocks.
