Job summary

Opella Healthcare Group is seeking a dynamic Global Brand HCP Lead for Allegra. The role is based in Paris, with flexibility for other locations, and focuses on defining the global HCP marketing strategy and assets for multi-channel engagement with GPs, ENTs, and other medical professionals.

You will lead content creation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant, science-led campaigns and drive global brand performance across markets.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate degree in Marketing, Management or MBA; or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years in HCP marketing, preferably in OTC/Healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities

• Defines HCP/MCE engagement strategy aligned with global brand goals.
• Manages HCP content and toolkit development from ideation to market delivery.
• Gathers insights to inform strategy and content, and analyzes performance metrics.
• Collaborates with Global Medical & Regulatory and other leads to ensure compliance.
