Alta Ares is seeking a skilled Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for its Hardware and Engineering teams. You will build proactive sourcing strategies, develop talent pipelines, and drive hands-on headhunting to attract top talent from defense, aerospace, and related hardware sectors.

You will partner with Engineering, R&D and Production leaders to define role requirements, manage the full cycle from outreach to offers, and play a key role in strengthening Alta Ares' employer brand within

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven track record recruiting hardware/engineering talent.
• Hands-on sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, partnering with tech leaders.
• Data-driven approach using recruitment metrics.
• Fluency in English and French.

• Drive hands‑on sourcing and headhunting to attract high-impact technical talent.

• Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
• Develop understanding of Alta Ares' hardware technologies and industrial ambitions.
• Track recruitment KPIs and continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes.
• Contribute to strengthening Alta Ares' employer brand in the hardware engineering community.
