Job summary

Imerys seeks a Group Strategy Manager to drive strategic reflection and implementation across the Group and Business Areas. You will lead key initiatives and support top management with rigorous analyses, reporting to the Group Head of Strategy.

You will work with senior leaders and external advisors, shaping the strategic agenda for growth, M&A opportunities, and decarbonization efforts across geographies. A hands-on, result-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Top-level business or engineering degree.
• 7–10 total years of work experience, ideally in corporate strategy, consulting, marketing or product management.
• Fluent English; French is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and projects for Imerys Group.
• Conduct strategic and financial analyses to support top management decisions.
• Coordinate with Group M&A and cross-functional teams.
• Summarize analyses and present to senior management.
• Manage multiple projects across geographies and business areas.
