Imerys is seeking a Vice-President of Science & Technology to guide the global R&D strategy for the Refractory, Abrasives & Construction Solutions business area. You will lead a network of 100+ experts across France, Germany, China, and the US, shaping the technology roadmap and translating complex challenges into advanced market-ready solutions.

The role emphasizes decarbonation, durable materials, and cross-functional leadership.

Competenze

• PhD in Chemistry or Materials Science or equivalent.
• Proven track record in leading global R&D organizations and strategic leadership.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the Science & Technology roadmap for RAC with alignment to business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end innovation, from market needs to successful commercialization.
• Drive digital transformation including AI and simulation to accelerate goals.
• Develop and mentor a multicultural, high-performance S&T team across centers.
• Build external ecosystem partnerships with universities and research organizations.
