CMA CGM Insurance division seeks a senior professional to manage, monitor, and renew global insurance programs. You will provide technical support to operations, finance, and projects while coordinating subsidiaries in an international context.

Expect to lead renewal processes, negotiate terms, and align local policies with the Group’s strategy. Fluency in English and strong Excel/BI skills are essential for success in this role at CMA CGM.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Insurance, Business School, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in broking, insurance companies, or corporate risk management.
• Expertise in Civil Liability, Financial Lines, and Cyber insurance.
• Strong understanding of transport and logistics sectors.
• Mastery of international insurance programs and integrated local policies.
• Proficiency in renewal processes, placement, and negotiation.
• Fluent English.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, AI applications.

Responsabilités

• Analyze Group activities to adapt insurance coverage.
• Manage daily insurance policies and oversee RC, Financial Lines, and Cyber programs.
• Monitor risks in collaboration with Risk Engineers and brokers.
• Assess values and implement local policies.
• Integrate new subsidiaries and sites into insurance programs.
• Coordinate internationally and harmonize guarantees.
• Review commercial contracts and adapt insurance programs accordingly.
• Participate in strategic projects.
• Prepare and negotiate policy renewals.
• Analyze terms, pricing, and implement the Group’s insurance strategy.
• Monitor technical performance of policies and provide corrective recommendations per entity.
