CMA CGM Group is seeking an experienced Insurance Manager to lead the analysis, management, and renewal of its global insurance programs. You will coordinate with risk engineers and brokers, oversee Civil Liability, Financial Lines, and Cyber programs, and integrate new subsidiaries into the group-wide coverage.

The role requires a Master’s in Insurance and at least 10 years in broking or corporate risk, with fluency in English and strong negotiation skills to navigate a multinational logistics

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Insurance or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in broking, insurance companies, or corporate risk management.
• Specialization in Civil Liability, Financial Lines, and Cyber insurance.

Responsabilités

• Analyze the Group’s activities to adapt insurance coverage.
• Manage daily insurance policies including RC, Financial Lines, and Cyber.
• Monitor risks in collaboration with Risk Engineers and brokers.
• Assess values and implement local policies for entities.
• Integrate new subsidiaries and sites into insurance programs.
• Coordinate internationally and harmonize guarantees.
• Review contracts and adapt insurance programs accordingly.
• Participate in strategic projects and negotiations of renewals.
• Analyze terms and pricing and implement the Group’s insurance strategy.
• Monitor technical performance of policies and provide corrective recommendations.
