Qualifications

- 8–10 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in overseas data-center commercial development.
- Established connections with global compute-power enterprises are an advantage.
- Strong English and Mandarin for Greater-China engagement and cross-regional collaboration.
- Excellent negotiation, business development and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop overseas data‑center clients and build a high‑value client pool.
- Capture scale, capacity, pricing, and timelines via stakeholder meetings.
- Lead negotiations, contract alignment and price discussions.
- Coordinate with tech and R&D to craft technical and commercial proposals.
- Source partners and formalise governance and profit-sharing.
- Monitor market trends to support expansion and incentives.
