Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield invites ambitious graduates to join its International Graduate Program (M/F/NB) in France on a long-term contract. The program spans one year, with 3 assignments across different teams and significant international exposure designed to broaden your perspective and accelerate development.

You will lead and cocreate sustainable places, working directly with senior leaders and a dedicated mentor while benefiting from URW Academy journeys and tailored development

Qualifications

Master’s degree from a top-ranked business school or engineering school.
Strong analytical skills and business sense (financial analysis, business modelling).
Excellent communication skills with a confident, clear style.
Not afraid to share your ideas and challenge the status quo.
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong drive and rigor.
Eager to seize international opportunities; fluent in French and English; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Complete 3 assignments across different teams and functions.
