Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is offering a 6‑month internship in International Leasing (F/M) in Paris, starting January 2027. You will support the Group Director and Key Account Managers with analyses, presentations, and projects, coordinate with regional teams, and help prepare retailer meetings and pitches, including AI data insights work.

The candidate is expected to be enrolled in a top business or engineering school (M1/M2), fluent in English with basic French, and bring strong Excel and

• Ability to create visually appealing and well-structured PowerPoint presentations.
• Fluency in spoken English with basic French; international experience is a plus.
• Currently enrolled in a top Business or Engineering school (M1/M2) with prior internship or apprenticeship experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group Director of International Leasing and Key Account Managers with analyses, presentations, and projects.
• Coordinate and prepare subjects between regional leasing teams and International Leasing; develop leasing strategy and action plans.
• Prepare retailer meetings and sales pitches for the International Leasing team and the Management Board.
• Conduct analyses using our AI data insights tool to inform decisions.
• Contribute to building the in-house leasing consultancy for franchising and report on team performance.
• Perform market analyses of retail sectors.

• Support the Group Director of International Leasing and Key Account Managers with analysis, presentations and projects.
• Coordinate and prepare various subjects between the regional leasing teams and International Leasing (leasing strategy, action plans, follow-ups).

You are the right person for this position if :

Must have

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with solid proficiency in Excel.
• Comfortable creating visually appealing and well‑structured PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment; motivated, quick learner, and able to deliver high‑quality work efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to take full ownership of projects.
• Fluency in spoken English is required, with a basic level of French. Previous international experience is a plus.
• Education: Preferably enrolled in a top Business or Engineering school, currently in M1 or M2, with previous internship or apprenticeship experience.
