Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield invites applications for an International Leasing Internship in Paris. The 6-month program (January 2027) supports the Group Director and Key Account Managers with analyses, presentations, and strategic projects.

You will coordinate between regional leasing teams and International Leasing, prepare retailer meeting materials, and contribute to our franchising consultancy. English is essential; French basics are required.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficient Excel usage.
Ability to create visually appealing and well-structured PowerPoint presentations.
Able to perform in a fast-paced environment; motivated, quick learner, and deliver high-quality work.
Strong communication skills, flexibility, and ownership of projects.
Fluency in English; basic French required.
Previous international experience is a plus.
Currently enrolled in a top Business or Engineering school (M1/M2).

Responsibilities

Support the Group Director of International Leasing and Key Account Managers with analysis, presentations and projects.
Coordinate and prepare topics between regional leasing teams and International Leasing (leasing strategy, action plans, follow-ups).
Prepare retailer meeting materials and sales pitches for the International Leasing team and the Management Board.
Make analyses based on our AI data insights tool.
Contribute to building our in-house leasing consultancy for franchising.
Prepare reports on team performance.
Conduct analyses of retail markets.
