Too Good To Go is seeking an exceptional Global Director of Logistics & Fulfillment to lead end-to-end parcel logistics across transportation, warehousing, repack, and last-mile delivery. You will define the global fulfillment strategy, build the partner ecosystem, and drive performance in a high-growth environment.

You will report to the VP Operations, Parcels, and manage a global team across 10+ countries.

Qualifications

• Senior logistics leadership experience in e-commerce, food delivery, or retail supply chains.
• Proven track record building and managing multi-country logistics operations with multiple 3PLs.
• Strong analytical skills with KPIs, dashboards and S&OP planning.

Responsabilités

• Build and scale a best-in-class global fulfillment network (strategy + execution).
• Own and manage the 3PL and carrier ecosystem; negotiate terms and ensure governance.
• Drive performance through S&OP, planning, and inventory discipline across markets.
• Lead a global logistics organization; develop local leaders and align cross-functional teams.
