Too Good To Go is seeking a Global Director of Logistics & Fulfilment to lead end-to-end logistics for Parcels across transportation, warehousing, repack, pick/pack and last-mile delivery. You will define the global fulfillment strategy, build a partner ecosystem, and drive day-to-day performance in a fast‑growing, agile environment.

You will report to the VP Operations, Parcels, and lead 15+ professionals across 10+ countries, shaping a scalable, high‑impact logistics function that supports

Qualifications

• Senior-level logistics or fulfillment leadership experience in e-commerce, food delivery, or retail supply chains.
• Proven ability to build and manage multi-country logistics operations with 3PLs and carriers.
• Strong track record in warehouse process design, optimization, and capacity planning.
• Experience with cross-border and pan-European parcel networks is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership in a global matrix organization.

Responsabilités

• Build and scale a best-in-class fulfillment network (strategy + execution).
• Own and manage the 3PL and carrier ecosystem, including onboarding, governance, and cost control.
• Drive performance through S&OP, planning, and inventory discipline across markets.
• Lead global logistics teams and cross-functional execution in a matrix organization.
• Define service metrics and drive continuous improvement in cost-to-serve and delivery quality.
