Stäubli Corp. is seeking a Global Head of Logistics to define and execute a worldwide logistics and distribution strategy across regions. You will harmonize processes, strengthen vendor ecosystems, and drive cost efficiency while supporting growth and sustainability objectives.

You will oversee performance across North America, Europe, and Asia, manage budgets, and lead a high-performing international team in a matrix organization. Fluent English is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations with international leadership.
• Proven track record in global industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments with multi-region networks.
• Successful delivery of cost optimization, performance improvements, and ROI-driven initiatives.
• High digital literacy; experience with logistics systems like WMS, TMS, and analytics tools.
• Fluent English; additional languages (German, French, Mandarin) advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the global logistics and distribution strategy across regions with standards and governance.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations (inbound, intercompany, outbound, service) and drive improvements.
• Own logistics cost performance and partner strategy; manage budgets and supplier negotiations.
• Redesign networks, transportation lanes, and warehouse structures; lead transformation initiatives.
• Drive logistics digitalization, resilience, and compliance with cross-functional systems.
• Lead an international logistics team and collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions.
