Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is hiring a Franchisee Ancillaries Sales Performance Manager to drive international revenue growth across multiple countries, brands, and stations. The role focuses on pricing optimization, sales activation, and commercial governance to deliver superior customer value and profitability.

You will conduct frequent field visits, lead training for Coaches and Managers, and coordinate cross-country initiatives to ensure consistent execution of the Group commercial strategy

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue management and commercial strategy across multiple countries.
• Ability to drive performance and profitability in distributed operations.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group ancillary revenue strategy across countries and networks.
• Conduct field visits to Franchisee stations and deliver Train the Trainer sessions.
• Run role-plays and shadow operations to identify and close skill gaps.
• Oversee sales activation, pricing/product optimization, governance, and cross-country coordination.
• Develop incentives, campaigns, and governance to boost ancillary revenue and conversion.
• Monitor KPIs, market trends, and customer behavior to identify risks and opportunities.
