Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Franchisee Ancillaries Sales Performance Manager to drive international revenue growth and commercial excellence across countries, brands, and branch networks. You will lead ancillary revenue strategy, pricing, product optimization, and governance.

The role requires hands-on field coaching, cross-country coordination, and strong analytical skills to ensure alignment with Group priorities and exceptional customer service.

Formación

• Significant experience in revenue management, commercial strategy, retail operations, or multi-country network performance management.
• Experience leading international or multi-country commercial initiatives within complex operational environments.
• Strong background in driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across distributed operations and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Group ancillary revenue strategy across multiple countries and branch networks to maximize commercial performance and profitability.
• Conduct frequent field visits to major Franchisee stations to train coaches, station managers and supervisors in advanced sales techniques.
• Oversee sales activation initiatives, pricing and product optimization, governance, and cross-country coordination to ensure consistent execution of the Group strategy.
• Develop and implement standardized reporting dashboards and governance to monitor commercial execution and support decisions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, HR, Finance and external partners to implement initiatives.
