Job summary

Europcar seeks a Franchisee Ancillaries Sales Performance Manager to drive international revenue growth across diverse markets and brands. You will lead ancillary revenue strategies, coordinate with country leadership, and oversee commercial governance to ensure consistent execution of the Group strategy.

You will conduct field visits, run training, and supervise sales activation, pricing optimization, and performance initiatives to enhance profitability and customer value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in revenue management, commercial strategy, or multi-country network performance management.
• Experience leading international commercial initiatives within complex operational environments.
• Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the Group ancillary revenue strategy across multiple countries and networks.
• Conduct frequent field visits to train coaches and managers in advanced sales techniques.
• Oversee sales activation programs, pricing, product optimization, and governance across markets.
• Develop standardized reporting dashboards and governance to monitor execution and performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Finance to implement initiatives.
