Qualifications

• Experience in revenue management and commercial strategy across multiple markets.
• Ability to lead cross-country commercial initiatives and teams.
• Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ancillary revenue strategy across countries and branches.
• Conduct field visits and Train the Trainer sessions for coaches and managers.
• Oversee pricing, product optimization, governance, and cross-country coordination.
• Define and implement the Group ancillary revenue strategy aligned with growth and profitability.
• Develop reporting dashboards and performance review processes to monitor execution.
