Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a strategic Franchisee Ancillaries Sales Performance Manager to lead ancillary revenue strategy across multiple countries and brands. You will drive commercial performance, activation programs, pricing optimization and governance to ensure consistent execution of the Group strategy in diverse markets.

The role involves hands-on field coaching, performance monitoring and collaboration with country leadership to enhance customer value and profitability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in revenue management, commercial strategy, or multi-country operations.
• Proven ability to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across distributed teams.
• Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group ancillary revenue strategy across multiple countries to maximize performance, profitability and customer value.
• Conduct frequent field visits (min 3/week) to major Franchisee stations to deliver Train the Trainer sessions.
• Run live role-play sessions and shadow counter agents to identify skill gaps and improve sales techniques in real time.
• Oversee sales activation initiatives, pricing and product optimization, governance, and cross-country coordination.
• Define and implement the Group ancillary revenue strategy aligned with growth, profitability and customer experience.
• Lead and coordinate commercial performance initiatives across countries and ensure alignment with Group priorities.
• Develop and oversee sales activation programs, incentive schemes and commercial campaigns to boost revenue.
• Monitor revenue KPIs, market trends and customer behavior to identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive optimization of ancillary products, pricing, conversions and commercial processes across the network.
• Establish standardized dashboards, governance and performance reviews to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with local Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, HR, Finance and external partners for initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on consistency, sales effectiveness, and profitability.
• Support development of commercial capabilities through training, communication, and performance follow-up.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on rigorous commercial analysis.
