Job summary

Joko in Paris seeks a senior finance leader to build and scale the finance function across FP&A, Finance Operations, and Procurement. You will own planning, close, cash management, and multi-entity structuring, partnering with the COO and founders on strategic investments and market expansion.

You will recruit and develop the team, drive processes, and leverage AI to automate repetitive work while maintaining rigorous controls and reporting to support growth across France, Spain, and the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance leadership (FP&A, accounting, treasury, and financing) in high-growth tech.
• Experience building and leading finance functions in fast-moving environments.
• Strong strategic and hands-on operating mindset, with AI-enabled finance leadership.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a finance function from the ground up across FP&A, Finance Operations, and Procurement.
• Own planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-entity consolidation across geographies.
• Run monthly/annual close, controls, and IFRS/group consolidation planning.
• Manage cash, working capital, multi-currency flows, and financing relationships.
• Structure multi-entity group, intercompany flows, and transfer pricing.
• Be the financial voice at leadership table with COO and founders.
• Support investor relations and fundraising preparation.
• Drive cost efficiency and partner with budget owners and suppliers.
• Use AI to automate reporting, reconciliation, and data extraction.
• Coordinate with external partners (accountants, auditors, financial advisors).
