Job summary

Grupo J. Uriach, S.L.U. in France, Nice, seeks a Customer Service Manager to lead the Coordination Team for the global export business. You will harmonise back‑office processes across Uriach Export operations, aligning with regional development and global portfolio strategy.

Lead a multicultural team, drive SAP workflows, oversee order management, logistics, and regulatory documentation, and report KPIs to support growth across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in export operations or coordination in a regulated sector.
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with ability to manage multicultural teams.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, BI tools, data analytics, and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support a multicultural Coordination team.
• Drive harmonisation and improvement of workflows and SAP across export operations.
• Supervise and optimise order management, logistics, and documentation processes.
• Oversee regulatory documentation and submissions globally.
• Plan and lead international events, distributor meetings, and cross-region initiatives.
• Act as liaison between regional teams and corporate functions to advance cross-functional projects.
• Monitor resources and KPIs to align with strategic growth.
